This rural villa is located near the highway and the village of Casarbermeja, in the heart of Andalusia and very close to the city of Málaga, Andalusia. The single-story house features a comfortable living area equipped with cozy armchairs and sofas, allowing you to rest like royalty. A fabulous fireplace is also located in the living room; nonetheless, this is not the only fireplace you'll find in the house, as another one is part of the independent kitchen. Here, you will also find the necessary appliances to make you feel at home, along with a dining table and even a sofa.

The house layout also includes two bathrooms and four bedrooms, equipped with comfortable beds and elegantly decorated to ensure an unforgettable stay for the whole family. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; another bedroom also has a double bed. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and share another bathroom with a shower.

The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold).

In the outdoor area, you'll find a fabulous Andalusian porch, decorated with beautiful tiles, a fountain, and wonderful arches around it, in addition to lovely colorful pots.
