Super convenient and close to train and bus station. Staff was friendly. Quick mart located directly across the street. Lobby offered a small sit down bar for alcoholic drinks and there was a large vending machine selection. Great stay!

The Plaza is in a great location, 150m from the Almere train station. Very easy to commute in and around Amsterdam from here. Almere has a great commercial area with shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and tidy with a restaurant on site. We would recommend for anyone wanting to be just out of the business of Amsterdam.

The Plaza Premium Almere hotel was spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast buffet with an array of variety of food items. Breakfast staff was attentive and kept the food items supplied and area clean.

Great stay - but not sure it's a 4* hotel

It's a little further away from central Amsterdam, approx 30-45 mins away but the hotel sits right next to Almere Centraal. It's a good stay in general. The staff are very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. The room and everywhere else we can see in the hotel is very clean. We have a family studio with a small dining table and a kitchenette which comes in handy when we brought back leftover foods or just want to have fruits. The room is fairly spacious. Another highlight is you can do laundry yourself for just a few euros. However, the listing advertised the family studio as having four single beds. It would be clearer if it just mentions that there are two single beds plus a double sofa bed. We were a little confused at first as we were not expecting sofa beds (and without linens, we had to ask for the linen and do it ourselves, not what I was expecting from a 4-star hotel.) There wasn't a restaurant in the hotel and the pool was not open yet, which is a shame. As a 4-star hotel, the service and amenities are minimal.

Good value for money

Very convenient location next to Almere Centraal railway station. There are good shopping possibilities in the opposite side of the station. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was not included in the rate but it was priced reasonably, so we paid for it couple of days. The room was very spacious with two beds big enough for two people. The beds were comfortable, pillows maybe not so. In Dutch style the room was a bit cold but the blanket warm. Room day cleaning was by request only.
