Really good hotel in an easy to find spot in Almada. The staff is super nice, the rooms are clean, well insolated and the mattress is amazing. Had a really good sleep. The bathroom is spacious and also very neat.
The place is very clean with polite, friendly and helpful staff. The dining area is impressive and well laid out with sufficient space. A good choice of breakfast and opens early and late users. The dinner was very tasty arrived on time. Rooms were spacious and comfortable cleaned daily. Tram station appeared to be within walking distance. Alcohol-free bar with a good range of drinks tried the iced pina colada which refreshed me. Quiet room available on request for prayer or meditation. A lounge for meeting and a bar adorns the reception area with the business tucked away to the side.
This hotel is very good.Located in the south of Lisbon it offer a lot of amenities. Rooms are very clean, diners were excellent and reasonably priced (e.g 25 euros for two pax using the menu of the day formula). Personnel at the reception are very kind and full of knowledge.Don't miss it if you are looking for calm and modern hotel .
Hotel is very friendly and in a great location just a short taxi ride or tram to everything. Free parking and unique alcohol free bar serving great drinks. Great shopping centre a few minutes away and amazing restaurants next the river, also just a few kilometers away
Had another hotel booked in Lisbon, but kept looking at this one because of free parking which was great in secure underground park. Arrived early in the morning left luggage and car and headed to the city. Lovely trip in with great views from the boat....no hassle at all stood in the centre of lisbon within 30 minutes. Ate at a lovely fish restuarant at Almada port on the way back just as we got off the boat. Reception staff are amazing and cannot help you enough. Aldi right next door if you are short on any items. Stayed on the 7th floor and would not hesitate to return again.
This hotel provided us with a good base from which to have a short city break. We found the rooms and facilities excellent and the staff very pleasant and helpful. There is a restaurant but no bar (not a problem to us) so soft drinks with your meal, bring your own wine in or eat elsewhere. The only slight problem is that this is on the other side of the river from Lisbon city so you need to use public transport to get there. We took the bus to the ferry port and the ferry to the city. Though this is only a few euros it would mount up if you did this every day for a week or more.
Away from main touristy area but very convenient connection, metro is just 200 mts a 2 minutes walk. They have good breakfast buffet, left luggage facility, tourist info view from the hotel is hills and green with a railway line passing by. Staff is very friendly specially Carlos from the reception.
Very nice hotel. Nice facilities and nice staff. The breakfast, however, is not fabulous and is not even close to that. The bread is 100% industrial with small variety. There is no milk without lactose and no fresh yogurt or fresh fruits or healthy alternatives to the standard industrial mainstream. Until this point, not very different from a medium rated hotel. But the more overwhelming fact is that, despite que restaurant claims to serve very good Portuguese food, there is absolutely no wines! Nor any alcoholic drinks. Not even a simple beer! Incomprehensible, specially if they claim to have a Portuguese cuisine. No wines? Seriously? It rather seems that you are entering a cheap hotel in Saudi Arabia or other Arabic country. Fortunately, there are lots of small restaurants in the neighborhood with real Portuguese dishes. And wines. I believe that I will never get there again while they have this awkward policy. Unjustifiable and unforgivable. I will warn everybody that travel to Almada or Lisbon not to go there while this weird situation persist. My two stars goes to the staff!
Stayed here for 2 nights, On a business trip. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Clean and modern rooms. Good value for money. Breakfast is adequate. Would recommend as a good location to visit Lisbon and airport.
My colleagues and I spent a relaxing night at this fine hotel. Please note that it is not located in the main part of the city, but rather on the other side of the famous bridge. By timing our travel well, we were able to get to the airport in less than half an hour by taxi--which only cost us 27 Euros. So you don't need a rental car to get here. Our team received an upgrade and were given rooms on the seventh floor. This was wonderful as they provide complimentary drinks and pastries for guests on that floor. From my room, I had a magnificent view of Lisbon's Christ statue, albeit from behind. The hotel restaurant is fine and the breakfast buffet provides a good variety of hot and cold foods. So why not give the hotel five stars? Sadly, I watched the waiters in the breakfast room treat some of their Asian guests impolitely. Had they been more professional and courteous to everyone, this place would deserve a perfect score.
