This charming 2-bedroom apartment in Charneca da Caparica is the perfect choice for guests looking for comfortable accommodation. The property is divided into two independent apartments, each with its own separate entrance. We rent the ground-floor apartment to short-term guests, while the upper floor is rented for a long-term stay.

The property is located on the ground floor, with complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the surrounding areas and a shared backyard, offering a tranquil spot to relax.

The apartment features an open space design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. The living room features a convertible sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The adjoining dining room invites you to gather around a table for six. 

There is also a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Additionally, a dishwasher is available, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Please note that there is construction work nearby, which may cause some daytime noise.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Charneca de Caparica is a charming coastal town in the Setúbal District of Portugal. It is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, including Fonte da Telha Beach. The city offers a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for enjoying beach activities, sunbathing, and water sports. Charneca de Caparica is also surrounded by natural beauty, with pine forests and dunes providing scenic walking and cycling trails. The town centre features local shops, restaurants, and cafes where you can experience authentic Portuguese cuisine and hospitality. With its proximity to Lisbon, Charneca de Caparica offers a tranquil escape from the city while providing easy access to cultural and historical attractions in the region.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Quintinhas R Qta Cima, is just a 6-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
