Spacious apartment with large terrace in nature

Living room / kitchen area (dishwasher), bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom, private terrace in the garden. We would like to point out that the stairs leading to the apartment can be snowy in winter, a snow shovel is available (we do not recommend this apartment for the elderly).
The apartment is completely independent. (The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Fireplace, TV and a common washing machine. Located 500 mtr. of the village.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Logement à améliorer

L accès au logement est assez difficile surtout avec des bagages , Une odeur de renfermé constante même en aérant tous les jours L ensemble est vieullot et mérite un rafraîchissement Il aurait fallu préciser dans l annonce l utilisation d un escabot pour monter et descendre de la baignoire qui est exagérément haute et dangereuse

Apparemment spacieux et fonctionnel

Résidence trop excentré par rapport au village, difficile d'accès sans voiture avec valise. Appartement assez vieillot. Robinetterie obsolète type année 70 à revoir, matelas usé, vieux meubles.. appareils menagers obsolète aussi, manque un micro-ondes, grille pain . Niveau propreté très médiocre en arrivant ( poussière et feuilles mortes et insectes morts sur le sol, lavabo sale de bain avec grosse tache de rouille, poils dans baignoire, trace moisissures dans la chambre, moisissures également sur les parois du frigo) . Odeur de renfermé à mon arrivée à tel point que, malgré mon arrivée tardive et la fraîcheur, j'ai dû aérer 1h et même allumer un bâton d'encens. Enfin eau de couleur marron au début quand j'ai ouvert les robinet.. j'ai loué cet appartement en dernière minute car plus rien dans la station. Très décevant. Je n'y reviendrai plus.

Très bon emplacement, calme et terrasse agréable.

L’appartement est agréable, très bien situé, sans vis à vis et bénéficie d’une belle terrasse ensoleillée. Les propriétaires non présents sur place étaient joignables par mail. Une remise à niveau de la cuisine et de la salle de bains serait cependant nécessaire.

Vacances d’hiver à Allos

Bonne localisation par rapport au centre village et aux cours collectifs enfants . Pas facile la remontée des valises par les deux volées d’escaliers. Logement bien chauffé . L’intérieur du logement dégage une odeur désagréable de cigarette moisie qui imprègne les vêtements. La chambre ne dispose pas de volets.

Appartement très vétuste mériterait un rafraîchissement important : Parquet laminé Plaques de cuissons sans repère de niveau de cuisson lumière de la salle de bain ds la salle de bain Tirette de la chasse de WC en corde nylon (risque de rupture) Hauteur tablier de baignoire à 80 cm du sol accès et sortie délicats pas assez de vaisselle Manque un essoreur salade Terrasse sans garde corps attention aux enfants en bas ages Le reste OK; belle vue sur montagnes , bien ensoleillé
