L’appartement n’est pas doté de climatisation, dommage gros point négatif . Les ventilateurs de chambre ne sont pas suffisants . Le équipements de cuisine sont rudimentaires, manque plats four, pas de micro onde, pas de planche à découper …Les chaises longues sont vraiment vétustes Dommage pour un appartement si bien situé avec vue sur mer superbe et une terrasse nickelle . Appartement en bord de route avec circulation bruyante le soir .

Nous avons passés deux semaines dans cette charmante maison. Nos vacances ont été agréables... Vue magnifique sur la mer ! Possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur de la cours ... Quelques électroménager sont a disposition : four, lave linge, bouilloire... Il manquerait juste un petit four à micro onde et un petit fauteuil confort !! La literie est de bonne qualité ! Et quand nous sommes arrivés la maison était propre ! Très bonne expérience. Merci !

Wir sind als Familie 2 Wochen geblieben. Das Wetter war super, die Aussicht ist wunderbar, vor allem der Sonnenuntergang. Die einzigen Nachteile waren: kein WLAN und Klimaanlage. Roberto ist ein zuverlässger Gastgeber. Wir würden noch mal kommen!

Senza alcun dubbio questa è stata la peggior casa vacanza che io abbia affittato.

Senza alcun dubbio questa è stata la peggior casa vacanza che io abbia affittato.PRIVACY e SICUREZZA ZERO : il muretto di recinzione della casa ha un altezza circa di 60 cm. qualsiasi persona lo può superare senza sporcarsi i pantaloni SERVIZI : La televisione si trova in cucina ad un altezza oltre i 2 mt. fra i pensili le sue dimensioni sono simili ad un tablet.NON ESISTE CONDIZIONATORE ma nella principale camera da letto siamo obbligati a tenere sempre la tapparella chiusa perché qualcuno sia di giorno e di notte può entrare inoltre non esiste neppure una semplice e misera zanzariera pertanto si passano notti invivibili , inoltre la casa ha una stanzetta piccolissima e un piccolo bagno senza finestre né aspiratori . L’unica nota positiva è la struttura e fronte mare e gode di buoni tramonti ,specchietto per le allodole !!! MI CHIEDO come si fa ad affittare una Struttura come questa segnalata come ECCELLENTE Quando di eccellente ha solo l’icomodità di passare la propria vacanza .

très bon séjour

Notre séjour chez Roberto a été très agréable. La maison est très bien située pour rayonner dans la région qui est magnifique. La route n'est pas dérangeante et la vue est splendide : les couchers de soleil visibles depuis la terrasse sont spectaculaires. Il faisait très chaud, normal pour un mois d'aout, mais les ventilateurs au plafond dans les chambres nous ont permis de passer de bonnes nuits. La literie est confortable. La maison est propre. Un bémol, la cuisine pourrait avoir un petit peu plus d'équipement (une planche à découper et une carafe pour l'eau ne seraient pas de trop) mais ce sont des détails qui ne nous ont pas empêchés de profiter de notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einem netten Haus. Wohnfläche ca 55 m2. Das Haus war sehr sauber. DieTerrasse unter den Olivenbäumen ist der absolute Hit. Herrlicher Meerblick mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Vermieter war bei kleineren Problemen sofort zu erreichen und total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Danke nochmals an den Vermieter.

Petite villa très propre et très bien située près de la mer convient à un couple. La 2eme chambre à 3 lits très petite et sans fenêtre ne convient pas à 3 enfants ni à un adulte. La climatisation aurait été la bienvenue dans un pays si chaud au mois d Août.

Logement agréable en bord de mer

La maison est bien située près de la mer mais c'est une côte rocheuse pas aisée pour la baignade d'autant que nous avons eu beaucoup de vent La chaleur était un peu excessive donc les nuits étaient un peu difficiles La terrasse était agréable meisi elle est toute proche de la route Pour l'emplacement ,un peu déçus car peu de sites tout près, très bien pour ceux qui veulent découvrir les plages de la côte ionnienne

Maison agréable et bien située

Maison agréable, équipée simplement mais largement suffisant pour une famille avec enfant. Les ventilateurs de plafond sont très appréciables. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer et le fabuleux coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse qui très bien ombragée et parfaite en cas de chaleur ! Juste la rue à traverser pour se baigner, cela est parfait et très agréable. Les seuls points qui font rater la 5ème étoile : pas de présence de serviettes de toilettes contrairement à ce qui était noté sur l’annonce et la proximité de la route qui occasionne un peu de bruit (la contrepartie pour avoir le coucher de soleil en direct de la terrasse). Un équipement de base avec sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre/ sucre serait appréciable. Les pouilles sont une magnifique région et capilungo est assez calme et bien situé pour rayonner dans toute la région.

Super petite maison avec vu sur mer.

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans cette maison. La proximité de la mer nous a permis d aller tous les jours a la mer. L agence nous a meme permis si on le désirais de rester 2 jours supplémentaires j ai apprécié le geste.je recommande

È da ritornare, poiché siamo stati solo una settimana, ovviamente il mare è bellissimo, la casa si trova a due passi, infatti l 'ombrellone per niente utilizzato, terrazzino esterno sfruttatissimo, che aggiungerei una doccetta e anche un lavatoio.

pros nice villa with great sea views good location for exploring the coast.close to local resurants some closed till june.gallipoli a good place to visit.a nice patio to sit and watch the world go by.enjoy the sunset every evening. cons bedding and towels missing and a filter coffee machine would be useful.

Una casetta deliziosa

Villetta Rosalba è persino meglio di quanto ci si attende. Spaziosa il giusto, pulita, dotata dei servizi previsti (anche un efficiente ventilatore a pala sulla camera matrimoniale), si affaccia sulla litoranea ed è a pochi passi dagli scogli digradanti sul mare. Il tramonto può essere spettacolare, il giardino è attrezzato con un tavolo e quattro comode poltrone. All'arrivo la casa si presenta pulitissima, il proprietario, sig. Roberto Meleleo, è estremamente gentile ma discreto. Manca solo il Wi-Fi, ma potrebbe essere una buona occasione per lasciar riposare cellulari e tablet. Sono lieta di aver trascorso una settimana a Villetta Rosalba, che consiglio vivamente a chi desidera una settimana di vacanza nel Salento Jonico.

Troppo bello per essere Vero!!

Posto Magnifico, casa bellissima da dove si può ammirare il tramonto.. Punto intelligente per raggiungere tutte le destinazione del Salento.. Roberto, il proprietario e' una persona fantastica, cordiale ed educata che ha molta devozione all'ospitalità.. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro!! A presto Roby!!
