This approximately 85 square meter apartment is ideal for families, since it offers a total of 6 beds. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and the spacious living room has 2 more beds integrated. It is located on the ground floor of a small, quiet residential complex in a settlement in Durach-Weidach, about 1 km from Kempten-center. The bus stop is right in front of the house, shops are within walking distance, a parking space is available. The apartment is well equipped, has a terrace, a brand new kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, wireless internet and all necessary things for a relaxing holiday in the Allgäu are available, bed linen and towels are provided sufficiently. There is a bathroom with corner bath and a separate guest toilet. From Durach-Weidach you can reach the motorway connection in a few minutes and thus quickly reach the most beautiful hiking and skiing areas, the Allgäu. This is one of my 10 Allgäu holiday apartments. During your stay, I am always available for you and are available for questions or concerns.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten u. bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Uns fehlte lediglich ein etwas größerer Spiegel, z. B. in einem der Schlafzimmer. Mit einer kleinen Mikrowelle könnte man noch einmal den Morgenkaffee oder Kleinigkeiten erhitzen. Gekocht haben wir nicht. Ein LIDL mit Bäcker nebenan ist fußläufig erreichbar. Alles andere, wie Restaurants findet man in Kempten. Durach-Mitte kann man ohne Auto ansteuern (Restaurants). Für Ausflüge zum Wandern ist die Lage ein guter Startpunkt. Der Austausch mit der Vermieterin war zügig u. überaus freundlich. Gern fünf Sterne für alles.

Die Wohnung übertraf bei Weitem unsere Erwartungen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Möbilierung und Ausstattung sehr komfortabel und perfekt. Hier können wirklich 6 Personen in richtigen Betten schlafen. Davon sind 2 im Wohnzimmer platziert jedoch ist das so groß, dass diese sich gut ins Gesamtbild einfügen und die Betten sind durch einen dezenten Raumteiler abgetrennt. Für Familien mit TV/medien-affinen Youngsters ist alles vorhanden...im Wozi und beiden Schlafzimmern stehen TV-Geräte. Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen und haben deren großzügigen Räumlichkeiten besonders genossen. Tipps von Frau Hiller und ihre prompte Hilfe beim Hochregeln der Heizung und vollkommen unkomplizierte Check in und -out. Für uns auch nicht immer selbstverständlich: Grundausstattung mit diversen Artikeln wie ausreichend Müllbeuteln, Kaffeefilter, Gewürze oder Toilettenpapier. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns besonders gefreut. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wollen gern wiederkommen.

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung direkt neben der Stadt Kempten gelegen, perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Allgäu. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch auf die aktuelle Corona-Thematik wird mit z. B. Desinfektionsmitteln im Flur und weiteren Maßnahmen eingegangen.
