Independent family house in a small village in the Gorges de l'Allier, on a large unfenced plot of 5600 m² with trees, a few steps from the river.

A large terrace (40 m²) is accessible from the living room.

Nearby: Saint-Jean-Lachalm (wind farm, via ferrata...) at 13 km, Lac du Bouchet at 17 km. All shops and services in Saugues (21 km). On the ground floor (a few steps), the living room with wood stove has a fitted kitchen area, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, a shower room and a separate WC.

The 1st floor (spiral staircase) leads to a living room with TV, an alcove bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 closed bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with WC.
