Casa Bassa is located on a lovely hillside organic farm estate, Torre Bisenzio. The Villa is a 19th century farmhouse that has been beautifully refurbished with local materials. Its position on the hill allows the property to have stunning views over Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. Casa Bassa is conveniently located about 9km from the A1 Autostrada, yet it is totally peaceful. It is ideal for day trips to places like Orvieto, Todi, Montepulciano, Chiusi, Siena, Perugia, Florence to name just a few. The house itself is very light and bright with doors opening onto patios with lovely views. Every detail has been chosen with great care to provide the feel of countryside living with the luxury of modern facilities.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio. There's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area. A truly wonderful spot

We loved this house, it was perfect for all age groups. The house was beautifully fitted out and very comfortable. There were Plenty of shady places to sit, stunning views and extremely helpful staff. The pool was brilliant, especially the toddler bit which our grandchildren loved. Fabro nearby had an excellent co-op and we enjoyed several day trips to Orvieto . Perfect in every way.

Stunning property with great views

It was a perfect experience for our families ! The villa is unbelievably beautiful, clean and well equipped . Sabina is just great, she came on time and maintained the villa as a villa like this should be . She also helped us with good visit tips around. For many years we usually book a villa for our family vacation , this one was the best! So thanks for everything .

Every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and the pool and grounds are stunning

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bassa--the house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and the pool and grounds are stunning. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds and sitting areas were very comfortable. We did some exploring in nearby towns, but also spent some days just relaxing at the house and enjoying the pool and the beautiful views from the patio. Cynthia, the housekeeper, was extremely helpful--available whenever we needed her but not obtrusive. She prepared two delicious meals for us and we also hired a local cook one night and enjoyed fantastic meals in several of the nearby restaurants. We highly recommend the villa and hope to have the chance to return."
