Deçus

La maison est bien située et l'extérieur est très agréable. En revanche, plusieurs aspects nous ont vraiment déçu. Il est indiqué 3 chambres dans l'annonce, en réalité la maison ne possède que 2 chambres et la 3eme est dans une annexe qui ne communique pas avec la maison. Avec des enfants en bas âge, c'est difficilement gérable. Egalement, la maison et son annexe sont en travaux ! Placo, électricité, peintures, ampoules de chantier... A ce prix, il est, selon nous, pas admissible de louer une maison en cours de rénovation et dont la réalité ne correspond pas à l'annonce. Ces éléments doivent être précisés dans l'annonce pour éviter à d'autres la même déconvenue que la nôtre.

Pas conforme à l’annonce

La maison est bien située, la personne qui s’occupe de la remise des clés/état des lieux ainsi que le pisciniste sont adorable et disponible ce sont les points positifs. Cependant nous avions loué une maison avec 2 salles de bain et internet mais les prestations n’y sont pas ! Dans une des salles de bain le ballon n’est même pas raccordé donc il n’y a pas d’eau chaude. De plus il y avait une odeur d’égout insupportable dans les deux salles de bain. La box internet ne fonctionne pas, on nous a stipulé à l’arrivée qu’un technicien passerait peut être en apporter une nouvelle ce qui n’a pas été le cas. La maison était très sale à notre arrivée, des toiles d’araignée partout aux plafonds de chaque pièce, des tâches sur les draps, des « rampants » (petits mille-pattes noires) partout dans la maison (Chambres, salles de bain, salon etc). Nous nous sommes prit plusieurs fois des décharges en allumant la lumière de la cuisine. La piscine n’est pas sécurisée, il nous a été demandé de ne pas la fermer sinon l’eau devenait verte (piscine que nous n’avons pas utilisé car gelée). Nous n’y avons passé finalement que 5 nuits sur 10 et avons rejoint de la famille en vacances dans les environs tellement nous étions déçus. Nous ne conseillons donc pas cette location.

Belles vacances à proximité des gorges du Verdon

Maison bien située, très bon accueil et de bons conseils, piscine top ! Je regrette le non fonctionnement de la box internet et les finitions de la maison (quelques pièces pour lesquelles la peinture n'est pas finie).
