The hotel and the city were taken as a hub for daily tours to other places

Food was good, just a little overpriced. Normal for this type of hotel.

Great hotel on a big property that is a bit away from the downtown sites but very quiet. The two restaurants on site were good and quite busy. Our room faced the mountain which was nice but the property is quiet enough that the other rooms would have been just as well. Room was a bit dated but not bad and the bed was a bit too hard for my liking but otherwise no real complaints.

The breakfast buffet was over priced & underwhelming but the hotel is a nice place to stay before & after an Outback tour. They store luggage & strive to meet all requests.

Good facilities with two good restaurants on site, friendly staff. ~25 minutes walk to downtown shops/supermarkets along Todd River bank.

Very nice and clean hotel. Close to everything. Friendly staff.

This ended up being a really nice place to rest and recover from exporing the glorious Australian Outback. Rooms were comfortable, staff was helpful and the food was good. Don't expect a 4 or 5 star resort, but a really nice place to stay and relax.

Good hotel, rooms are large and clean. Got a laundromat on site, very helpful after spending a week camping in the desert. The price was reasonable considering overall expensive area. The hotel is a bit out of the way to city center - 20 min walk or $10 cab ride. I booked and prepaid [...]the hotel had a reservation on file, but insisted it was not prepaid on checkout and almost charged me twice. It took about 20 min of standing by reception desk and 3 receptionists to get that resolved.

This was a great place in the Outback..excellent Thai Restraunt on site...but make reservations fills up. Staff was fabulous and so helpful. Had a little problem with flagging blood sugar between closing and opening times of restraunts...staff took great care to make sure all was well.
