The place is getting complacent.... used to have cookies for guests . Other items not as good as before

Overall most everything about this stay was good. We even had cookies in the evening which was a nice treat.

This the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I continue to be pleased with it. I felt safe and comfortable. In addition a request for my room was honored.

It was nice n quit the staff was nice they gave me what I needed they were nice and so was the breakfast I would recommend to a friend

Drove in late night checking through 2' speakeasy window made you feel cheap hotel dangerous area we got in about 11- midnight. Got to the room had three large beetles on the pillows on one bed we were room 144? To tired to complain dispatched beetles and slept a/c was marginal. Woke in am opened ...

The desk clerks, all of them were so sweet. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and when my grandkids were coming and going to aee us, it was ok.
