Returned from a week's stay here at the start of October. Had a lovely week there. The staff were all really pleasant and friendly. Particularly pleasing to see how they treated a group of disabled holiday makers. Would definitely consider returning to this hotel next time we return to Benidorm. Pretty much able to to get to most areas of Benidorm old town and Levante beach within 10 minutes walk.
The hotel is clean and comfortable ,with good selection of food and drink you can upgrade for 5 euros a day to get branded drinks ,entertainment was varied with a mixture of spanish and British guests staying with no problems ,location is good 5 minuets to beach the same to the old town and about 15 to the strip it's got 16 floors with a pool view best ,overall great hotel with great staff with a special mention to Josse .Would go back in a heartbeat.
Just returned from a weeks break. Can't fault the hotel, it is modern, spotlessly clean, food good and staff friendly. It's a short walk to the old town and about 10 mins to the beach. Highly recommended.
First of all, I would like to thank the staff at the RH Princesa, for a friendy and professional service during our stay. We stayed in room 1502C as a couple between 03.10.17-15.10.17 On arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff on reception and given a choice of floors to be located, we also opted for the gold card all inclusive for an extra 5 euro per person per day, more about that later. Once in the room it was clear that the hotel had undergone some renovation work, we found the room to be spacious, modern and comfortable. Air conditioning works well and makes all the difference, as the temperature can drop at night. This was cleaned everyday if you wished with new towels when you choose. We never had a problem with the room whilst there. The restaurant served food targeted at both spanish and english taste buds, with numerous choices for all dietary requirements. All meats were prepared well, not overcooked or cold. It is not the most adventurous of menus, however as a hotel I imagine they have to cater for the many, not the few. I not once during my stay had to leave the restaurant without having eaten. The staff in the restaurant will normally attend to drinks orders within 2 minutes of you sitting down. No problems at all there. With the gold card you may order wine with your meal In the bar you will find comfortable seating with entertainment every night. At 9pm it is generaly an act aimed at the british crowd, followed by a more international act. Drinks, and this is where the gold card improves your experience, are served by friendly and mostly experienced staff. Some stood out more than others but they were all good. If you are worried about getting served, I can tell you that there were no less than 8 bar staff in an evening. There were enough during the day too. The gold card opens up around 90% of the bar menu, I have uploaded a picture for you to view, gold spots to the left indicate what you can have. Blue spots for regular all inclusive and the hollow blue/gold indicate drinks you may purchase at a discount. I prefer to have premium brands, I found that 5 euro a day is a small price for what is exceptional value. The pool areas are clean and tidy although do suffer from being placed in the shade by the surrounding buildings, this being said there was always a spot for sun worshippers to toast themselves that was not in the shade. I have to add that although this is a family hotel, they have done a magnificent job in designing the space they have, to the degree that if you don't have children you barely notice their presence. The temperature of the pool is a little chilly and could be warmer, depending on if you want a quick dip, or a longer swim. The location of the hotel is one of the main reasons that I booked the place as it is close to both the tapas bars and charm of the old town and just a ten minute walk to the english square if partying is your thing. There is a small incline to the hotel, but by no means a cardiac hill. The spa and gym are chargeable on a daily basis, so if you wish to go to the gym everyday be aware of this. If you have a gold card you are entitled to 1 hour access to jacuzi and indoor pool per day. My wife and I both had a massage and found that it was very good. When it was time to leave, we were a late afternoon pick-up. But the hotel allowed us to continue using the facilities as we were before, until we were collected. No further charge. Overall I could not find anything really wrong with this hotel that is within their control, we did have one badly made bloody mary. When we mentioned it, we had a bottle of bubbly delivered to our room. The hotel provides quality in what it delivers, could it provide more? I don't believe they can for the price. The only room for improvement for me would be having theme nights in the restaurant, chinese, indian, mexican etc. As this would improve the experience for myself. The best feature of the hotel are the staff, they always helped if they could.
My room was very clean and well serviced during my one week stay at the RH Princesa. The hotel it self is very modern and spacious with good facilities for all guests. I found the bar and restaurant service was quite good with friendly helpful staff. The only criticism would be that the hot food was sometimes cold on the buffet service.
Lovely hotel, very clean and well maintained. Pool was lovely and very clean. Restaurant was lovely and food excellent Only the bar tenders inability to serve on a first come first served basis was disappointing, rude people were continually walking straight up and being served where people who had queued for as long as 10 minutes were ignored.

We had a lovely time at HR Princessa. This is my second stay at this hotel this year, spotlessly clean, the cleaners do a marvellous job everyday. The bar staff are very friendly, if you are sat inside or round the terrace, they will come round, and you can place your drink orders. The food is very good, a station serving fresh oven pizza, pastas, fries and hot cooked meats & potatoes & veg. Also hot soup and selection of breads. Plus a very good cold salad/ meat selections, not forgetting the dessert station, with self serving mr whippy ice cream machine. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.
We stayed at the hotel recently, and we loved it. The staff were excellent. There was a really good room with a view of the pool. We were half board, and the food was excellent. Plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meal. I can honestly say that we will definitely go back whenever we go to Benidorm. 5 stars.
Great hotel with fantastic location, staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely and clean and bar prices very good, the only downside was the food could've been a bit more varied other than that brilliant, and we will return
