Due to a change in our schedule, we found we had a night spare and decided to visit Benidorm. We found a decent rate on the web that included breakfast and then also had the option to add on dinner for about £12 for the three of us. Given we were arriving in the evening and didn’t know the town it seemed like a good idea. The check in staff were great and (unprompted) upgraded us to two adjoining rooms, which meant we had four beds and two bathrooms for three of us. Very generous considering we were only staying the night. The rooms were very spacious and the beds comfortable, the rooms were also very quiet until around 8am when the cleaning staff were quite audible due to a nearby stairwell, although in fairness I believe that only affected one of the rooms. There was free water too, which always makes me happy. The dinner that we had opted to take (and for only £12 I must confess I'd had my doubts!) was very good. A large selection of different dishes, all very good quality. We certainly did not go hungry. Alcohol was extra, but the prices were not unfairly high - just over €2 for a bottle of beer. It was interesting to see that whilst we weren’t scruffy, the majority of our fellow diners had dressed smartly for dinner (long trousers required for gents) and we felt somewhat underdressed. Breakfast was also great, with plenty of choice and excellent value considering it was included with the cost of the room. Our only disappointment was for our daughter, having specifically selected a hotel with the indoor pool, discovering on checking in around 7.45pm that children could only use the indoor pool between 4pm and 7pm. Disappointing for us, but a sensible policy for the hotel. The Princesa is not very close to the sea, but if you don’t mind a ten minute walk to the seafront and you are considering a few days in Benidorm, I’d have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

This hotel has been recently refurbished. This was our first time @ this hotel situated very close to the old town. We picked the worst week in fifty years, the storm raged the snow came but there was plenty to do in the hotel the food was good the service was excellent. the hotel entertainment was so so but the dancers where excellent, I would recommend this hotel to any body.

Just arrived back home today after nearly a week at the princesa, hotel was nice wouldn't rate it a four star though, we booked this hotel as it was kids half term & it had the indoor pool which kids under 14 arnt allowed to go in to until 4pm- which was a total let down, if we had known this before we would have gone somewhere else that do let kids use the pool, will definitely go back to Benidorm just not this hotel. All the staff were very polite & friendly, food was nice & plenty of it, our room didn't have a very nice view but it was cleaned every day.

We visited just after new year. Really enjoyed the few nights we spent here en route to another town. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The kids club was very good as was the evening entertainment. The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice. Our room was modern, bright, clean and spacious.

Just returned from Princesa 9/2/17 to 16/2/17 to celebrate my 65th birthday, there,s not much that hasn't already been said about this place, the food on the whole was good but some times things didn't go together, abit disappointed about the lack of sound proofing as we could hear next door snoring, and the clip clop brigade upstairs on wooden floor every morning at 7-30am, we got a good deal thro Thomson but would not return ,will stick to the Victoria in future

Myself, Partner his sister and husband stayed first week in February . On arrival reception staff friendly and helpful allocated rooms on the 6th floor (high enough), Room spacious with 2 double beds, fridge with complimentary water. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Can ask for a kettle at reception which they provide free of charge along with tea bags/Coffee UHT milk, however there is a shop just outside the hotel.Room cleaned daily with fresh towels if required. Restaurant very airy and light , food plentiful and good selection even had a Sunday roast with Yorkshire Puds. If you ordered wine they would leave the bottle could either leave in restaurant for next time or take into you room if you didn't manage to drink it all ! Staff excellent, plates cleared away not left on table Bar area good, staff smiley efficient, patient. with good humour. Drinks good didn't bother to upgrade to a gold band, if you ordered cocktails which are not included charge is approx £ 1.00 - £ 1.50. Hotel overall was very clean and the whole hotel sparkled. Nice veranda and sun bathing areas, nice pool but too cold to have a swim .Didn't try the indoor pool. Evening entertainment good, Lacked daytime activities especially if the weather is not too good. Met some lovely people just the weather that was disappointing.. Closer to the old town but only a 15-20 min walk to the new town. Beaches stunning. Would stay in this hotel again. Thanks to all staff, they are all a credit to the hotel

Stayed for a week at end of January. Couldn't fault it at all. Read the reviews first, so emailed ahead and asked for high floor room overlooking pool. We weren't disappointed. Room 1509. 15th floor. Sunny balcony and great views. Every part of hotel was spotless. We were all inclusive. Food was great. Lots of choice. Drinks were good. Lager was St Miguel and nice wines. We had branded spirits a couple of times and were happy to pay small extra charge.. My husband paid 25 euros to use the gym and large pool for 5 days, This was fine as we had such a good deal on the holiday. Best of all were the staff. They are a credit to the manager of this hotel. Extremely hard working and very friendly. This goes for everyone, room service, bar staff, entertainment, restaurant, reception. Well done!!

We stayed here for a week on a fab deal all inclusive. You can upgrade your band to a Gold band but we found the drinks on the Blue band to be fine for us. The staff are a credit to this hotel, especially the reception and housekeeping staff. When we arrived, the room we were given had a urine smell in the wardrobe, I spoke to reception and they immediately sent the housekeeper to rectify it and offered us another room, which was lovely on a high floor with great views (room 1402b). The food was good, indoor pool/spa area was nice but the entertainment needs improvement. We will return again.

Lovely clean hotel, rooms were cleaned daily. Staff all very friendly and try their hardest to made your stay as great and comfortable as possible. Food in restaurant brilliant and always plenty to choose from. Only thing was not much for kids to do, plus the indoor pool time was limited for the kids.

Karam for president he deserves a pay rise. He was so nice. Great hotel but needs to improve on entertainment a little old for me. But yet same a little too young. Anyway make sure karam gets a pay rise. 😜
