A lot to improve upon
Pros: This villa is in beautiful surroundings of olive groves and the pool is lovely. The house is traditionally pretty and has potential, with comfortable beds, clean on arrival, and a good fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Cons: the tranquility is interrupted some days with barking dogs for hours at a time, sometimes early and late, regularly woken at 3am to barking. Not sure if this is neighbours, the 3 kennels within 1km or a combination of both. One bathroom the surround of shower completely broken with broken sharp tiles making very unsafe to use, with leaking sink and ant infestation in that bathroom. We were 2 adults 3 children, but 6 adults may struggle with only 1 bathroom. Kitchen missing basic necessity like a kettle, toaster, decent kitchen knife, scissors, and the oven is faulty, door has to be weighed shut with something to work. The small replacement oven is not sufficient. The coffee maker leaks. Rosa said sorry sorry sorry when we arrived about the bathroom and oven.
Whilst we were here we had no running water for 36 hrs then again 3 days later. Rosa tells us not happened before, due to repairs, and offered us apartment in town. But when we book a villa in olive groves we do not want an apartment in town. We asked VRBO to move us but their customer service was non existent.
We would not stay here again unless the above alterations were made and will not be using VRBO again whose service when we asked to be moved due to water outage was non existent.
