Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.



Enjoy this charming villa in Alhaurín de la Torre, perfect for family or friend groups, with capacity for 8 people and situated in a quiet urban area close to shops and with easy access to the Costa del Sol. The property features a private pool surrounded by a lovely garden and a porch equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing and sharing unforgettable moments in the sun. Additionally, it has parking within the plot so your vehicle is safe and sheltered.



The house is distributed over two floors: on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with television for you to enjoy as a family, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower tray. The upper floor has three more bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedrooms have air conditioning, although currently the equipment in one of them is out of service, a circumstance that is informed in advance for the guests' knowledge. The fibre optic internet connection is perfect for those who need to work remotely or stay connected.



📍This accommodation enjoys an excellent location, just 20 minutes' drive from the airport and Plaza Mayor shopping centre, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Additionally, Torremolinos beaches are just 25 minutes away, Málaga city centre 30 minutes away, and Alhaurín de la Torre town centre less than 5 minutes' drive, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of shops.



The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, guaranteeing all the comforts for preparing your favourite meals. The fenced plot features a barbecue, terrace, garden furniture, heating with heat pump, mosquito nets throughout the accommodation, and outdoor parking in the same building.
