The apartment is close to the sea and the marina, with bar and restaurant. Ideal for those who really want to unplug and spend moments of absolute relaxation, lulled into the house, by the lapping of the waves. Behind the villa there is the town of Maristella, where there is a market, tobacconist's, fresh bread, and all the main services. Below the house, the tourist harbor offers bar and restaurant service. The beach can be reached on foot. Dinghies can be rented from the small port under the house to discover the coast of Capocaccia. The courses for scuba diving and diving courses also start in the marina.
