Schöne Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen. Direkt vor dem Haus ist der Einstieg über die Felsen ins Meer nicht ganz einfach (Badeschuhe helfen, auch wegen der Seeigel). Wenige Meter entfernt hat es aber einen Einstieg über die Felsen, der wesentlich einfacher ist und einige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein Sandstrand. Die grosse Terasse ist sehr schön, war uns aber sogar im Herbst an einigen Tagen tagsüber zu heiss (trotz des Sonnenschirmes). Im Garten hat es nur wenig Schatten. Grössere Bäume fehlen. Das Haus ist zweckmässig, aber etwas minimalistisch eingerichtet. Die wichtigsten Sachen sind aber vorhanden. Es wäre schön, wenn es einen mobilen Wäscheständer hätte, zusätzlich zu den beiden Wäscheleinen vor dem Balkon im 1.Stock (brauchbare Wäscheklammern sind praktisch keine vorhanden). Eine Aussendusche ist nicht vorhanden, uns hat der Gartenschlauch aber gute Dienste geleistet. Ein Wasserkocher ist nicht vorhanden. Das Haus war sauber, ist aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (abblätternder Verputz, Risse in Mückengittern, etc.). Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ausser am Wochenende, wenn Musik von Alghero her über das Meer schallt und abgesehen von vereinzelten Flugzeugen vom Flughafen Fertilia, die über das Haus fliegen. Hat uns aber nicht gross gestört. Im Dorf hat es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, eine Bäckerei, Gelaterias, Restaurants, Post. Ende September war alles sehr ruhig, aber noch offen. Ansonsten hat es in Alghero mehrere grosse Supermärkte. Achtung: Die Eingangstüren lassen sich von aussen nur mit einem Schlüssel öffnen. Uns hat es mal die Türe zugeschlagen und der Schlüssel war im Haus. Da die Vermietung nicht vor Ort ist, hat es mehrere Stunden gedauert, bis wir einen Ersatzschlüssel bekamen und wieder ins Haus konnten. Von da an haben wir immer einen Schlüssel im Schlüsseltresor gelassen. Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien verbracht, was vor allem auch am schönen Wetter lag und der guten Lage des Hauses.

Super unverbaute Lage oberhalb eines felsigen Zugangs zum Meer. Meist ruhig ( ausser Sa Nacht ) Klei

Riesengrosse Terrasse - zwar nur ein Sonnenschirm. Etwas nüchtern. Kleine Büsche nebenan mit Schatten. Grosses Haus. Gute neue Betten, Wohnbereich auch ok. Küche ok. Ofen kann nicht gleichzeitig mit Herd laufen. 2 Eingangstüren, wovon eine leicht aufzubrechen ist. Schlüssel fehlte! Das grosszügige Haus dürfte gelegentlich werterhaltend renoviert werden. Auch Mückengitter erneuert, Segel auf der Terrasse... Es ist ein wunderbares Objekt an tollster Lage. Schade, wenn nichts renoviert würde.

Perfect location.

Valentina was really service minded and helpful. We really enjoyed living next to the sea and snorkled a lot directly by the house with our teenagers. The house is close to Alghero or nice beaches. We will come back.
