Fiore Penthouse is a unique experience.
The apartment is 80 square meters, plus a private 70 square meter terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen, a 6-person table and a small living room, a large sea-view terrace equipped for eating outside, a second small balcony with the washing machine. The penthouse can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with all comforts: kitchen with oven, wifi, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Linen and towels are provided. Located in a strategic position, just a few meters from the beach and countless restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy and characteristic Sardinian shops. A large supermarket is 400 meters away. Parking is free in the surrounding area and it is not difficult to find one even in the hottest summer periods. The location is fantastic. In 1 minute you are on the beach. Passing through the famous 'ramblas' of Alghero you arrive in 5 minutes on foot to the city walls, where the small historic center begins. The terrace is very private (no building nearby) and the view is really beautiful, especially at sunset. The building is exposed to the wind so there is never heat in the summer. The penthouse is always exposed to light and is very bright.

Lovely penthouse apartment in a great location, a few minutes stroll to beach and supermarket. Great air conditioning which was needed during heatwave. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Lovely views. Was sorry to leave. (There is no lift so not suitable if anyone has mobility issues)

Tolle Wohnung
Traumhafte Wohnung mit super Lage in Alghero. Schöne Terrasse wo wir den Sonnenaufgang bzw. Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten. Die Mistentsorgung ist etwas kompliziert, dass haben wir erst im laufe der Woche durchblickt. Sonst ist alles in der Nähe (Stadt und Einkaufen).

Heerlijk appartement vlak bij zee en centrum
Wij hebben een week het penthouse gelogeerd en het was super. Ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien, mooi uitzicht, vlak bij het strand en een supermarkt. Op rijafstand zijn nog andere prachtige stranden en ’s avonds lopend naar het oude centrum waar je heerlijk kunt dineren en flaneren.
