Not clean and run down furnishings, but great location & balcony view
The apartment was not sufficiently clean by any standard.
Garbage was left in can and there was hair everywhere, as well as q tips and bathroom waste from previous resident.
Sofas and sofa beds were broken and throw sheets on sofa were an attempt to hide the condition with old throw sheets.
The furnishings of the apartment were old and worn.
Refrigerator was not working and didn't get cold
Dirty dishes were in the draws.
No supplies and no starter supplies.
Apartment mildew smell persisted.
Wifi terrible and did not cover the entire apartment. Speed test was significantly less than advertised when it worked.
Only one key available to apartment which made it a challenge for two couples staying there.
The location was awesome and the view from the balcony amazing. The property manager was helpful and extremely nice, as well as available and flexible. It's unfortunate that with a little cleaning and a refresh of sheets, towels, furniture (beds, pillows, sofa), a refrigerator, and working wifi, this place could be 5-stars.
