Great location and spacious apartment but in desperate need of modernisation

The property location is perfect, having two balconies and two bedrooms and well equipped kitchen is wonderful and the cost was very reasonable. The one big negative is the condition of the apartment. It needs a proper deep clean and some modernisation. The shower screen doesn’t provide much use as it’s not blocking the water so the floor was soaking by the time you finish shower. There are some rusty nails in the bathroom walls. The whole apartment looks very dated (not in shabby chic way) and just feels a bit dirty. However we have only paid a small amounts of money for the stay so it would be unfair expecting 5* for a 2* price.

Found the apartment a bit shabby and run down. Could do with a refurbishment! In kitchen no toaster for two weeks, although it was listed . Coffee maker was just a mocha pot. Shower bad, leaking all over the place, water runs down the shower screen and onto floor have to clean up every time,as dangerous. On arrival, absolutely nothing in the place, not even toilet paper or soap. Had to go to daughter in laws apartment two streets away to use toilet, this is not good! View fantastic , and bed very comfortable and clean! Supermarket close so got in a load of supplies!

Appartamento praticamente perfetto. Pulitissimo, arredamento un po' datato ma molto funzionale con letti super comodi. Posizione veramente fantastica, a due passi dai bastioni e dal centro, una volta parcheggiata puoi dimenticare la macchina (io per comodità ho riservato un parcheggio interno soldi davvero ben spesi). Punto di forza è comunque l'ospitalità e la presenza preziosa e discreta di chi gestisce la casa, abbiamo avuto tutte le informazioni utili al soggiorno e la consapevolezza che in caso di problemi avevamo un importante supporto a cui rovolgerci ( per fortuna non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno). Soggiorno a 5 stelle super consigliato.

Ottima posizione, ben attrezzato, pulito, buon WiFi e con massima assistenza

Esperienza più che positiva. Appartamento pulito e luminoso, ben attrezzato, con un panorama indimenticabile. Spiaggia davvero a due passi, negozi e locali vicini, il centro storico a 10 minuti di passeggiata sul lungomare. Ho trovato tutto ben pulito e i letti comodi. All'arrivo ricevuti informazioni e consigli pratici, così non ho sprecato tempo a dover scoprire dove fare compere e come muovermi, e anche durante il soggiorno c'è stata massima disponibilità per ulteriori domande, insomma la signora Vittoria è ospitale sul serio. Ciliegina sulla torta: ho potuto apprezzare i vantaggi di respirare aria arricchita dalla posidonia oceanica depositata a cura della Città nelle vicinanze.

Una splendida esperienza. La mia famiglia ed io siamo stati accolti benissimo. L'appartamento ideale per noi 5 (coppia e tre bimbi), due camere, bagno grande e il pranzo soggiorno. La vista dalla terrazza a dir poco spettacolare. La città di Alghero è stata una piacevole scoperta. Abbiamo potuto fare piacevoli passeggiate nel centro storico ricco di negozi e ristoranti oppure sulla spiaggia dato che l'appartamento è baricentrico tra la città vecchia ed il lido. Assolutamente da consigliare anche in primavera dato il clima mite senza per forza scegliere i mesi estivi più caldi!
