In the green countryside of Alghero, Villa Barranch is a recently renovated house with a private swimming pool.
It is the ideal place to spend a pleasant relaxing holiday in a property of about 5000 square meters .. Trees, Mediterranean scrub and vineyard frame the property and guarantee total confidentiality, both on the large covered terrace overlooking the house and in the swimming pool area.

Description
Large living / dining area with kitchen on the left. the living room leads to the sleeping area with, on the left, a bedroom with a double bed, on the right a bedroom with two single beds, between the two bedrooms, there is one of the two bathrooms with shower. The other bathroom, always with shower, is accessed from the living room, immediately next to the entrance to the sleeping area.
Large covered terrace: it is the ideal place to relax in the shade or enjoy meals.
The swimming pool (5m x 10m) near the house guarantees an oasis of privacy for a sunbath or simply to relax. The swimming pool is normally open from 1st April to 30th October.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Haus und Infrastrukur in Ordnung. Sehr grosses Anwesen. Tolle, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, nehmen sie es augenblicklich an die Hand und es wird erledigt. Das negative ist die Zufahrt zum Haus, mit ca. 500 m Naturstrasse, die in einem schlechten Zustand ist. Mit unserem Auto mit nicht sehr viel Bodenfreiheit fast nicht zu befahren.

Very nice house with great pool

We have had a very relaxed holiday at this place. The house is comfortable and clean, the large surrounding garden is beautiful and the big pool (at 5x10) is a definite plus. Nearest beach is a 5 minute drive and Alghero city centre is about 15 minutes. Communication with Marco has been easy.

Ein Paradies zum Entspannen!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Smeralda. Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Traum und der Garten lädt zu Spaziergängen und Tiere beobachten ein. Die Veranda ist wunderschön, sie liegt meist angenehm im Schatten. Die Vermieter haben in allen Räumen Klimaanlagen und Insektengitter vor den Fenstern installiert. Einfach top! Auf Fragen von uns reagierte Marco und seine Familie sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Es war einfach eine erholsame Zeit und eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge im Nord-Westen von Sardienien. Vielen herzlichen Dank!!!

Fabulous family holiday

We have been very well looked after throughout our booking with Marco. We were seeking a quiet, private & relaxing location with a good sized pool for my husband, myself and our 16 & 14 year sons. This is exactly what the villa provides with astounding views, a beautiful pool and huge gardens, which have a wide variety of Italian flora to enjoy. Within easy reach by car to the local town, Alghero, which has many lovely pizzerias and gelaterias, a lively atmosphere (especially at night) and supermarkets (Conad being our favourite for fresh produce). Also easy reach of Speranza beach which we enjoyed for snorkelling later in the day. A really fantastic family holiday! Thank you!

Astonishingly peaceful, private, tranquil, and restful

We are an older couple (60 and 63 years old) who spent 11 nights at this property in June 2019. Although the property is two-bedroom, two-bath and can accommodate more people, we rented the home for extra privacy and space. The home is modern, clean, and set in a large property teeming with shade trees, pine treess, cactus, lemon and fruit trees, and all manner of flowering shrubbery. If you value privacy and absolute peace and quiet, this is the place for you. In the morning we had coffee and tea by the pool where it is shaded. By noon the sun moves over the house and the large covered balcony is then completely out of the sun and has a lovely view to the distant hills. You are an easy 10 minutes from downtown Alghero and 5 minutes from La Speranza Beach, which is small, cozy, and also quiet. We conducted day trips to visit fascinating Nouraghic edifices, ancient necropoli, and Romanesque churches in the northwest part of Sardinia, returning to the property to make dinner and enjoy the view and solitude. There are moments when you can hear nothing -- the air is still, the birds and insects pause in the heat of the day and there is nothing but beautiful vistas and silence to enjoy. We especially liked meeting Marco and Mirella, the siblings who manage the property. They provided excellent tips and were gracious hosts. In addition, we were honored to meet their mother, whose smiles and boundless energy brightened our day. We would definitely return to this property!

Heerlijk verblijf!

Prachtige lokatie, mooie tuin, heerlijk terras, behulpzaam contactpersoon. We hebben genoten tijdens onze 2 weken vakantie. Er is veel te zien en te doen in de omgeving, maar lekker luieren aan het zwembad kan ook. Alghero heeft een mooie oude binnenstad en lekkere restaurantjes. Als er een minpuntje is, dan is dat het huis wat gehorig is. Maar met goed gezelschap maakt dat niets uit. Aanrader!
