Nice property, attached to two others

The property itself is nice, good sized rooms and clean. But, it's actually attached to two other properties, which isn't mentioned in the property description or shown on the photos. Had we known that we would never have booked it - we have two small children who can be noisy at unsociable hours. There are screens and hedges up so you don't see the other people, other than when going to your car or the bins, but in nice weather when doors and windows are open, you can hear everything. We heard two doors down snoring over a loud tv, and next door getting up in the night to use the toilet (probably having been woken up by our baby crying). The last few days we were the only people there and it was much nicer and quieter, and we didn't have to worry about the children making noise. There was no hot water for two and a half days. V conveniently located for Alghero.

Un bel endroit au calme et à 5 minutes d’Alghero

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, le logement était conforme à nos attentes, fidèle à la description de l’annonce. La propriétaire Pina ne parle qu’italien mais nous a très bien accueillis en nous donnant de nombreux conseils pour notre séjour. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Très bonne localisation pour visiter Alghero et ses environs, maison très bien équipée et au calme au milieu des oliviers et à 10 min du centre ville. Très bon accueil de Pina qui nous a donné des indications précieuses pour découvrir la région.

Casa bellissima spaziosa accogliente. La signora Pina ci ha accolto guidandoci a casa dal centro di Alghero! gentilissima e disponibile. La casa è perfetta e ve lo dice una famiglia con tre bambini piccoli. Il giardino accogliente e perfetto per far sfogare i bimbi. Se torneremo ad alghero cercheremo sicuramente di tornare da lei!

Très bon séjour en famille, au calme, à Alghero

Petite maison de vacances très agréable, avec une belle terrasse donnant sur le jardin. La maison est mitoyenne à 2 autres logements, mais tout est bien séparé. L'accès se fait par une petite route qui longe les champs d'oliviers. On est donc vraiment au calme, dans un environnement très paisible, et en même temps, on est à quelques minutes en voiture d'Alghero, à la fois de la vieille ville ( qui est absolument magnifique, à toute heure de la journée et de la soirée ) et des nombreuses plages qui entourent Alghero. Equipement parfait pour les vacances, propreté irréprochable et climatisation efficace ( bien appréciable la nuit ). Accueil très sympathique de Pina, la propriétaire ( même si elle ne parle qu'italien, on arrive à se comprendre ). Location recommandée pour sa situation, son très bon rapport qualité -prix et le fait d'être dans une maison avec une terrasse et un petit bout de jardin ( beaucoup d'appartements à Alghero / peu de maisons )

Très bel endroit

La maison est située dans un havre de verdure, le calme assuré. L'accueil de Pina et son fils a été chaleureux et efficace. La région est magnifique. Je recommande cette location à ceux qui cherchent le calme et les soirées entre amis pendant que les enfants jouent dans le jardin.

Merci à Pina pour son accueil à Alghero. Location très au calme avec un grand jardin! Et très proche d'Alghero. Possibilités de belles excursions dans la région : grotte de Neptune, Alghero, Bosa, Castelsardo.. Convient parfaitement pour famille avec enfants! Accueil charmant. Merci!

une maison dans un écrin de verdure

La maison est partagée en 3 appartements. Celui que nous occupions était très confortable et disposait de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le jardin est grand et superbe. La maison est bien située pour visiter la région. Voiture nécessaire pour se rendre à la location. Accueil chaleureux de Daniel qui parle un peu le français.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ruhig inmitten der Olivenhaine gelegen, aber doch nur 5 Minuten Autofahrt von Alghero. Die Gastgeber haben wirklich an ALLES gedacht, was man braucht oder auch nur brauchen könnte. Grazie a Pina per l`ospitalità, flessibilità e gentilezza!

Meravigliosa!

La casa di pina è stata davvero una sorpresa, ancora più bella di quello che poteva sembrare in foto. Nella casa c'è veramente tutto, dalla lavatrice, alle zanzariere, caffettiera, televisore, non ci è mancato nulla. Ha un giardino bellissimo con una bella veranda con vista sul giardino e sugli ulivi. Il paesaggio intorno è molto singolare, un mosaico agricolo in origine con delle belle ville. Per gli amanti della corsa, ma anche per i principianti, è un piacere andare a correre nelle campagne vicine. Inoltre è comodissima, poichè è immersa in campagna, ma a cinque minuti di macchina da alghero, supermercati, etc.. inoltre è eccezionale per gruppi di amici, poichè come casa si presta alla condivisione, pur mantenendo riservatezza. Noi viaggiavamo con una coppia di amici, con un bimbo piccolo come il nostro e per loro è stato bellissimo avere il giardino, dove hanno giocato a tutte le ore del giorno. Scelta top assolutamente!
