Elliott House - 4 bedroom property with hot tub

Elliott House is one of seven properties in the complex at Oakerthorpe Holiday Village and is a spacious 4 bedroom property:

Bedroom 1 is a double with en-suite with French doors to a small outside area, bedroom 2 has a king size bed and a single bed with private bathroom, bedroom 3 is has a double and single bed with en-suite, bedroom 4 has a king size bed with en-suite.

The property has a standard occupancy of 10 however we are able to sleep 12 by adding additional put up beds to the largest bedrooms. The additional price is £40 per bed/per night.

The dining table has a maximum seating capacity of 10.

​

The kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with an American fridge/freezer and a wine cooler, boasting under floor heating as well as conventional radiators keeping the occupants as snug in the colder days despite the mandatory single glazing as the property is listed.

The property has Freeview TV and Wi-fi with plentiful parking directly outside.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a dining table.
