Instalação não estava bem cuidada. Fechadura da porta danificada e torneira da pia do banheiro com vazamento. Cama com colchão velho e desconfortável. Mesa e cadeiras velhas e mal cuidadas. Frigobar colocado em bancada em situação instável e perigosa. Banheiro muito apertado.
