Renovated house on 2 levels with living room, new fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool 4,7x3,5m, small garden and barbecue.
Located in the centre of Andalusia at an altitude of 650m, in the small hamlet of Pulgarin Bajo, close to the villages of Alfarnatejo and Alfarnate, this house offers a magnificent view of "los Pirineos del Sur". Most of the year you will enjoy its private swimming pool.
La Malagueña is the perfect solution for family holidays or with friends. Thanks to its heating, it can accommodate you in all seasons. It offers you on two levels its privacy and tranquility in this enchanting setting. Its kitchen opens directly onto a large and pleasant covered terrace. The first floor bedroom also has a terrace with breathtaking views.
For those who love historical places, towns, villages, you will find in the immediate surroundings: Archidona, Antequera, Malaga. Other possible getaways: Granada, Sierra Nevada, Ronda, Cordoba, Jaen, Seville, Cadiz, by good roads/highways.
For lovers of walks and hikes, the trail of the GR 249 passes in front of the door, and there are many other routes in the region. You can hike directly from the house, and relax on your way back to the pool.
Climbers will also have climbing cliffs, the nearest one less than 10 km away in Alfarnate. The world-famous site of El Chorro is 65km away.
Riders will find horse riding centres in the area.
Beach enthusiasts will find the sea at 40 km, or 40 minutes to Torre del Mar. Here you will find the choice between the sandy beaches of Torre del Mar and those, rocky, wilder and more suitable for diving, East of La Caleta de Velez.
In the immediate vicinity, yoga seminars are regularly organized.

3 semaines merveilleuses. Christa et Pascal sont adorables et réactifs. Ont réservé les restaurants lorsque nous le désirions. Un très bel endroit avec vue sur la montagne, une maison bien équipée et très propre.

Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur. Man lebt zusammen mit den Einheimischen und den vielen Tieren.
Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man sich wünschen kann.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen immer gerne weiter, wenn man Fragen hat.
Mit dem Auto ist der nächste Supermarkt in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Zum Strand (Torre del Mar) sind es ca. 45 Minuten.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines cet été et gardons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances 😀.
Nous avons apprécié le calme, la piscine, la terrasse, la vue sur la montagne et les champs d olivier. La maison, rénovée récemment, est bien équipée et très pratique.
Nos hôtes, Christa et Pascal, sont a la fois attentionnés, discrets et de bon conseil.
A refaire sans hésitation 👍

Una casa perfecta con todo lujo de detalles, no le falta de nada y mucho mejor que las fotos. En un entorno precioso rodeados de naturaleza donde poder desconectar. Los propietarios Christa como Pascal son encantadores y dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que haga falta durante la estancia. Si podemos repetiremos sin dudarlo.

La verdad q es estupendo poder desconectar de la ciudad y elegimos uno de los mejores sitios, la casa es muy cómoda para una familia , el entorno muy tranquilo y las instalaciones de la casa (patio incluido)super bien... los propietarios muy amables desde el primer contacto y muy atentos... repetiremos seguro
