Yes, it is cheap. But cheap does not mean it can be dirty. Upon arrival we had to clean first before we even dared to touch anything. Sofa smells like 20 year old train seat. bedlinen was too small. Linen actually means mattress is covered with just one sheet. no mattress cover or protector. But because the sheet was too small you basically sleep on the mattress! And on top of the sheet was a blanket. Why still blankets?? We did book a room that was non smoking but the cigarette burns were everywhere and the smell was not possible to get rid off. Also the blanket. Then there was breakfast. Although we did pay for it we just skipped it. The only thing that was edible were the croissants. The instant coffee that we made in our room (by boiling water in a pan) was a lot tastier! Absolutely ridiculous! We did not want to spend a lot during our stay but I am sure there are better options that are clean! Walking with your bare feet on the street probably does not give your as dirty feet as you get from walking inside our room. The hotel does have a pool, but that was closed during our stay. Staff was very friendly though. never again.

Very nice hotel , but my navigator couldn't find it . We finally gave p and saw another hotel and they told us that they owned Apart and is was across the street . SO we checked in there but ad to get out keys across the street ! In the morning we ad to walk across the street for breakfast . Kind of crazy .... We wanted to stay in Valencia.... it was not made clear we would be so far away . Still it was very clean, helpful staff and good breakfast . I was only disappointed with our stay in Lisbon . That hotel was far from stuff and could use new carpeting !!! But we were satisfied!

My experience at the hotel was just so-so. The place was clean and there was a passable kitchen. It was a pretty decent value for the money and the service was good when the person at the desk spoke English which was about 30% of the time. As a person with a disability, the accessible room was decent and had a bathroom I could get my chair into but upon further investigation, there was only one "accessible room" in the whole hotel. My wheelchair could navigate a regular room but it could not fit into the regular non-accessible bathroom. I am also travelling as a pro-gamer and the internet was pretty bad for the majority of the time we were there. After some further investigation it seems as though the ISP was throttling the bandwidth of the whole hotel. On top of that, there didn't seem to be anyone around who even knew how their network worked. There never seemed to be more than 2 or 3 staff in the whole Aparthotel building. The environment made it seem like the hotel used to be really nice but that it was old and past its prime.
