There was no full disclosure of extra fees and changes. Broker helps in most part but blame things on others related to beach access and etcetera. Very pricy compared to what is offered

The property is located in a beautiful area with excellent beaches, and it is spacious and has a lot of potential. The host was very cooperative, responsive, and addressed the maintenance issues quickly. However, the property is significantly overpriced considering its condition. Unfortunately, it was poorly maintained. We experienced several issues during our stay, including cockroaches, dirty dishes, toilets that would not flush properly, and an air conditioning unit that was leaking. Although the host arranged for these problems to be fixed promptly, the repairs had to be carried out while we were staying in the property, which was quite inconvenient. Another major disappointment was that the hotel website did not mention that beach access is restricted on Thursdays and Fridays. Since we arrived on a Wednesday, we were only able to enjoy the beach for one day, which was very frustrating and should have been disclosed before booking. Overall, while the location is excellent and the host was helpful, the property’s poor maintenance and lack of transparency do not justify the high price. Until these issues are addressed, I do not believe it offers good value for money.
