It is part of an apartment complex and shares both the large outdoor area and the pool with the guests of the other apartments. The brightly furnished accommodation has a living room with a modern interior and a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a trundle bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Only the dining/living room is air-conditioned, but the house has cross ventilation which facilitates the air-conditioning of the whole house.

There are no sun loungers or umbrellas around the pool. However, the pool is surrounded by a grass garden and several trees provide pleasant shade
