Distribution
The villa is distributed over two floors.
On the main floor we have a spacious and sunny living room with 2 TV sofas and a lounger where you can read while you sunbathe. Next, we access the dining room with a huge solid wood table. We also have a small desk in case you have to do any pending work. On this floor we have a complete bathroom with a shower and a double room with a double bed (150x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Next to the living room, going down three steps, we have a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with a 90cm oven that will delight cooks.
The whole house has details of noble wood that give a very rustic touch while making the house warmer, of course the house is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and living room.
On the upper floor we have 2 double rooms. One with a double bed (150x200 cm) and a small private terrace and the other with two single beds (90x200cm). These two rooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside area
It is perfectly designed to make the most of the area, both during the day in the pool (4.5x3.5 m), lying in the hammocks, sunbathing or under the umbrellas, or playing ping pong.
And in the afternoon/evening, enjoy the covered outdoor dining area with a beautiful and huge granite table next to the Barbecue area, prepared with all the utensils, a sink, and most importantly a fridge in which to have all the cold drinks to be able to enjoy meals in the open air or in the pool or sunbathing.
In addition to all the above, the property has fruit trees, orange, lemon... and guests can enjoy their sun-ripened fruits.
Note 1. Final cleaning cost is included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Maison très confortable, bien située, avec espace extérieur au top!
Nous avons passé un séjour en famille d'une semaine à 5, avec 3 enfants de 16, 12 et 9 ans. La maison est très confortable avec un espace extérieur génial pour profiter de la piscine et du jardin, grâce à une cuisine d'été très bien pensée, avec une immense pergola en dur qui isole bien de la chaleur écrasante. Nous avons vécu dehors pendant 1 semaine. La nuit, la climatisation était plus que bienvenue dans les chambres. Localisation au top, proche d'Alcudia (jolie ville à visiter), de Pollença et des magnifiques plages accessibles facilement en voiture. La localisation est très calme, au milieu des champs, tout en étant proche de l'axe routier Alcudia/Palma.
Nous avons croisé le propriétaire qui était charmant et nous a fait découvrir son jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers dont nous avons pu profiter. Les figues étaient excellentes!
Séjour de rêve, mais s'il fallait trouver des points négatifs, je retiendrais 2 observations :
- A notre arrivée : attente 20 min dans la voiture par 35° devant la porte car l'agent immobilier était en retard (entrée en matière perfectible...). Par chance, il a finalement pu nous communiquer le code de la boîte à clés pour nous permettre de rentrer dans la maison et nous installer. D'ailleurs, la communication avec lui par WhatsApp était très pratique.
- Maison très fonctionnelle mais globalement assez rustique, avec un agencement intérieur par franchement optimisé. Pour ce type de budget élevé, on pourrait imaginer s'attendre à plus de modernité.
