This charming 4 bedroom villa sits right between the popular resorts of Alcudia and Pollensa, with a huge number of shops and places to eat all within easy reach. You'll also have a choice of excellent beaches within a short drive. Villa Sebastian has a superb garden, private swimming pool and sun terrace as well as a great BBQ area! WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

This delightful Majorca (Mallorca) villa is in a great location with easy links to both Pollensa (Pollenca) and Alcudia. It's surrounded by the beautiful Spanish countryside, yet only a short drive from a choice of shops, restaurants and beaches. Villa Sebastian is the ideal base from which to explore the island's north east coast. There are also a number of attractions and golf courses in the surrounding area.

Main pool: 8 x 4.4 mtr, 1.1 - 2.3 mtr depth.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
