Villa Nico is a charming 400 m² property located in a quiet residential area of Alcudia, ideal for a family or friends' holiday. With capacity for 6 people, this villa combines comfort, space and an excellent location near the sea and all services.



The house has three bedrooms, all with double beds. One of them has an en-suite bathroom, and there are two full bathrooms in total, both equipped with a shower. The spacious living-dining room, decorated with a cosy style, offers satellite television and direct access to the terrace. The American kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with everything necessary for you to cook comfortably during your stay.



In the exterior, Villa Nico offers a perfect space for rest and entertainment. Enjoy the furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor meals, a well-maintained garden area, and a barbecue for your summer evenings. The private pool invites you to cool off and relax on the sunbeds under the sun. Additionally, it has a parking space within the property.

Lovely villa. 10 mins from gorgeous beach. Cleanliness refers to pool which could have been cleaner. Green scale on side of pool. Air con in 1 out of 3 bedrooms. We had a great stay.

Feriehuset ligger helt fantastisk med kort afstand til en megaskøn sandstrand og kort adgang til indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder. Vi var 5 voksne, som bestod af et forældrepar og 3 unge mennesker i tyverne, som også nød godt af nattelivet i Alcudia. Vi havde lejet bil og kunne derfor krydrer vores ophold med flere små udflugter. Det eneste vi savnede i denne velindrettede bolig var aircondition i de to soveværelset i stueetagen samt et bedre tryk på vandet i bruserne, men da alt andet var som vi ønskede os, bar vi over med dette. Det er absolut ikke sidste gang, at vi vil nyde de skønne omgivelser i Alcudia.

Gutes Haus mit Verbesserungspotential

Die Unterkunft ist in einer guten Lage und auch Top ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft war zwar der Fußboden aufgewischt (es war noch alles feucht) trotzdem war er sehr stark verschmutzt. Dadurch das es aber genügend Reinigungsmittel gab, haben wir halt selbst nochmals aufgewischt. Im unteren Badezimmer stank es leider immer wieder vom Kanal sehr stark. Hier gehört auf jeden Fall etwas geändert. Das Haus dürfte erst vor kurzem renoviert worden sein, trotzdem bröckelt der Verputz in einem Zimmer schon wieder ab. Es gibt einen Baum im Garten, dieser ist von Tauben bevölkert welche auch ziemlich viel Dreck machen. Also aufpassen wohin man die Handtücher hängt. Alles in Allem grundsätzlich ein gutes Haus mit Verbesserungspotential.

Das Haus könnte etwas Auffrischung gebrauchen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist okay. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend. Allerdings muss man durch die umliegenden Hotels und den nahen Hidropark (Wasserpark) vor allem in der Hauptsaison mit einiger lautstarker Unterhaltung rechnen. Das Haus hatte leider schon bessere Zeiten erlebt und die eine oder andere Reparatur bzw. Verbesserung könnte es wieder attraktiver machen. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem eine schöne Ferienwoche.
