The property is located in an idyllic setting by the sea, it has four double bedrooms to accommodate up to eight people. The house is oriented to outdoor life and has several terrace areas around the house, in the back and to give more privacy there is a ping pong table, a hammock area, the pool and the barbecue. . On the side and front of the house there is terrace furniture to enjoy the wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa.

The house reflects a clear Majorcan style with exposed beams, the main floor is governed by a spacious living room oriented to enjoy the sea breeze and the wonderful sea views, on both sides of the living room we find two double bedrooms with double beds ( 150x200cm) both with sea views, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and another room with 2 single beds (90x190cm). It also has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. On the upper floor we have another double room with two single beds (190x190cm).

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to pay on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
