The impressive Villa Guillona is an exciting property that offers unique comfort in an excellent location between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. This stone-built villa is surrounded by well-maintained gardens, perfectly landscaped and attractively furnished, with a large private pool and relaxing views of the surrounding unspoilt nature. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning and designer furniture, Villa Guillona is the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca.



The villa is distributed over 2 floors, recently renovated to the highest standards with the aim of providing a superior holiday experience for our guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. There is also a double room and a room with 2 single beds, both sharing a family bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor, where a corridor leads to a double room with an en-suite bathroom (whirlpool bath) and a room with two single beds and a family bathroom with a shower. On the top floor, there is an attractive covered terrace with sofas and a ping-pong table, offering clear views of the Mallorcan countryside.



Beautiful gardens surround this traditional stone villa, complemented by a beautiful fountain. A perfect combination for a relaxing walk through the gardens. The large private pool measures 8 x 4 m (depth ranges from 0.8 to 2 m) and access is via the Roman staircase. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for guests.

Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Fabulous villa

Beautiful house in a quiet and stunning location, yet within an easy drive of Alcudia and Pollenca. There was so much room in the villa, it was very clean and well equipped. The pool area was lovely with plenty of room to sit outside. Outside dining is a must on holiday and the covered eating area was perfect. All in all, a great place for our extended family to stay for our first visit to Majorca.

We were disappointed with the lack of essentials at the house; just minuscule proportions of olive oil and micro packets of salt/pepper. There was also no welcome hamper which is usually standard with properties of this ilk, a bottle of cava and some nice local bits would have made such a lovely welcoming touch and not cost much at all. No pool towels were provided and soaps had not been left in the bathrooms. We did not feel welcomed to the property, within 2 minutes of arriving someone turned up asking if the wifi worked and demanded we checked there and then… she then left briskly. It’s a shame as the property itself is wonderful and was immaculately clean. Will not be staying again as for the price you pay you don’t get the value in return. I also spoke to multiple individuals at the company having to repeat the same information with regards to flight details and check in times, there seemed to be a total lack of communication.
