Villa Francesca has an ideal location, just a few metres from the nearest beach and a few minutes by car from the coveted historic city of Alcúdia, where you can find all the essential services to enjoy exceptional holidays. Countless restaurants, souvenirs, water attractions, medical centre, police and all the services you can imagine will be within your reach. Villa Francesca offers you all the comforts for a pleasant holiday. This house is the ideal option for all guests who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of a city, but at the same time close to all services and amenities. The best of all are the crystal-clear water beaches that can be accessed on foot, just a few minutes away from the house. Inside, on the second floor, the house has an impressive living-dining room with high ceilings, spacious and very bright with access to a beautiful balcony, with sea views, where we can share dinners and meals with family and friends, the main bedroom, located on this same level, has an en-suite bathroom. On the lower level, we find three double bedrooms and a bathroom, between the two floors we have a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen, renovated with high-end materials. Air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
