Es Clot is one of the most elegant and cosy houses facing the sea in the north of Mallorca. Enjoying a truly unique position right on the water's edge and near Alcudia, Es Clot can accommodate up to 8 guests in air-conditioned interiors. Thanks to its spacious furnished terraces (at the front, side and rear), the villa enjoys unlimited sea views, providing a truly picturesque setting both day and night. All the ingredients for unforgettable holidays!Inside, the villa is divided into a main house and an independent studio, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, rented as a complete private holiday home for up to 8 guests. The main house features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (one with its own en-suite bathroom) and an additional family bathroom. The separate studio, with its own entrance, has a living room with an American kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. The entire property has air conditioning (included in the rental price during set hours, between 8 pm-8 am and 2 pm-4 pm).Out, with the sea literally at the door, this holiday home is a true delight! There are spacious terraces furnished with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a barbecue for delicious outdoor meals. The views are to die for, and the turquoise colour of the sea will amaze you!Important information to keep in mind:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
