Great villa, outside space good, needs amenities updating

Good location and fantastic garden / outdoor space but broken sun beds & parasols. The villa could really do with some money spending on it - lack of cushions / extra pillows meant elder guests struggled. No beach towels & dated bathrooms not ideal for families. Poor quality mattresses not good for anyone.
