Family villa with private swimming pool located in a residential area in Mal Pas, two minutes from the sandy beach. The house has a spacious and modern kitchen next to the dining room and a living room where you can rest, there are also three fully equipped double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and bathroom, the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The house has a swimming pool where you can relax or play with children.



It is located in Mal Pas-Bonaire, 2 minutes from the small and intimate Manresa beach and 5 minutes from Victoria beach, a delightful stone beach. The location of the house allows you to enjoy both the small and intimate beaches mentioned above and the beach with the long and lively promenade of Puerto de Alcúdia, as it is just 4 km away. In addition, you can visit the historic centre of the town of Alcúdia where there are beautiful walls. In Alcúdia you can find a large number of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, newsagents, hairdressers, hardware stores, shops, etc.

Had a great stay here. Not too touristy of an area with both sand and stone beaches in walking distance, as well as a convenience store with fresh bread and baguettes every morning. Taxi service will take you to the old townAlcudia in no time. The host was great, and we had great communication throughout our stay. Can strongly recommend this place.

A super great villa, you get what you see on the pictures. The communication with the rental place were super good. The only thing is the kitchen, only 8 glasses and 5 wine glasses, 1 chopping-board, it need to get a refresh, but that also the only things that were a finger to put on.

Das Haus hat man leider nicht für sich alleine. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung. Der Besitzer wohnt darüber. Leider riecht es unangenehm in 2 Schlafzimmern. Den Geruch bekommt man auch durch Lüften und Raumspray nicht in den Griff. Vermehrt Kellerasseln. "Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück " gab es keinen. Der Aussenbereich /Pool ist sehr schön gewesen.

Der Aufenthalt hat einfach allen ( Familie, 1ǘ Jahr bis 64 Jahre ) total gefallen !

Die Lage war hervorragend, ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, etwas abseits von touristischen Zentren, einfach toll und nahe an einem Sandstrand ( 10 Minuten zu Fuß ) . Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt ist selber Schuld !!!!

La casa está muy bien, tanto el exterior (zona piscina y terraza) como las habitaciones, y todas las estancias. Todo muy limpio y muy cuidado. Camas cómodas. La ubicación excelente, zona tranquila y muy bien comunicada. COmo mejora diría la cama nido, el colchón es de muelles muy antiguo y no pudimos usarla. Teniamos 3 niños y tuvieron que dormir uniendo las dos camas. Muchísima humedad en los vestidores, la ropa húmeda al dejarla allí.
