The villa is located in a peaceful, wooded area of the Mallorcan countryside. Its stone-clad exterior walls, white interior walls, wooden beams, and ceramic floors reflect this traditional-style home with a distinctly Mallorcan character.
Inside, there is a fully equipped living-dining room with a TV and DVD player and comfortable sofas, as well as an open-plan kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.
Villa Pedro Monjo consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It's worth noting that the rooms have air conditioning, with limited hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The exterior is truly peaceful, sheltered by a pine and oak forest. The Roman-style pool is surrounded by a lawned garden and terraces furnished with hammocks, ideal for sunbathing. A built-in barbecue completes the property's exterior.
