Villa Ca na Lloreta is located in an excellent location, just steps away from the beach and services of Playa de Muro. The house has a private pool and a large, sunny south-facing garden. Additionally, from the living area at the top of the exclusive tower, you will have wonderful panoramic views of the area and the countryside and hills.
This 3-bedroom villa has several authentic features and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all rooms.
A short private lane leads to Villa Ca na Lloreta's own parking area, with a path to the entrance.
The combined living and dining area has plenty of seating near the television, including a pleasant built-in bench by the window, as well as an ornamental fireplace and a table and chairs. The living room is furnished in a traditional style, with a typical tiled floor and beamed ceilings, and has doors leading to the pool terrace.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table, with access to the back of the property through the adjacent utility room. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.
Villa Ca na Ca na Lloreta has a double bedroom with a private shower bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds sharing an independent shower bathroom. The 3 rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with ample storage space.
From the bedroom with two single beds at the front of the villa, stairs lead to the best feature of Villa Ca na Lloreta: an exclusive living area at the top of a tower that has windows on all 4 sides, providing you with a magnificent 360° view of the complex. All rooms have the advantage of air conditioning/heating.
Outdoors, Villa Ca na Lloreta has a private pool, with a large sunbathing terrace on one side and a large grassy garden on the other. The gardens are south-facing, ensuring a good amount of sun throughout the day, but trees provide plenty of shade if you need a break from the heat. The outdoor patio of the living room is also covered, creating a comfortable outdoor dining space, complemented by the brick barbecue located on the other side of the garden.
Villa Ca na Lloreta can accommodate up to 6 people. (Free travel cots and high chairs are available upon request).
Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Tourist tax is included in the price.
Information to be noted:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
