Villa Vertent can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the stay.The interior of the villa stands out for its elegance and brightness. With marble floors and brilliant white lighting, the spaces feel spacious and cosy. Monochromatic furniture adds a contemporary touch, while large windows allow natural light to flood every corner of the house. All rooms are at ground level, providing easy and comfortable access. The living room is stylishly decorated and includes a wood-burning stove that adds warmth on cooler days. From the living room, you can access a dining terrace that connects directly to the garden, creating an ideal space to enjoy the views. The fully equipped kitchen has French doors leading to a charming breakfast terrace at the front of the house, perfect for starting the day outdoors.The villa's bedrooms and bathrooms are simple but extremely sunny and bright. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite bathroom that includes both a shower and a bathtub, providing maximum comfort. The second double bedroom is particularly spacious, with a desk and chair, and has doors that open directly onto the garden terrace. From this bedroom, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the cultivated fields and distant mountains. The pool is perfect for cooling off, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water.Villa Vertent is undoubtedly an incredibly elegant house, ideal for a luxury holiday with family or friends, where the beauty of the landscape combines with the comfort of modern design.Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, to ensure well-being during the hottest hours of the day.Important information to keep in mind:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
