Welcome to this beautiful villa located in Puerto de Alcudia, where 6 people will find their second home.
The exteriors of the villa are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the garden you will find a swimming pool of 5x3m and a depth of between 1.40m and 1.10m, perfect for cooling off and surrounded by sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing. On the terrace you will also find a ping-pong table and an area with tables and barbecue, ideal to enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the house offers everything you need for a well-deserved rest. The bright living-dining room, equipped with AC, TV and CD player, is perfect for a long evening. The kitchen is independent and has all the facilities you need to cook your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms with AC. One of them is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, and one also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another separate bathroom and three fans complete the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a baby bed and a high chair.

Puerto de Alcudia is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea. On the beautiful beach you can not only sunbathe, swim and take long walks along the shore but also practice various water sports. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours and beach bars are also very close to the house. Don't forget to visit the village of Alcudia, where you can visit the medieval walls, stroll through the narrow streets dotted with plants and flowers and mingle with the locals on market days on Tuesdays and Sundays.
