Can Mosca is a traditional Mallorcan villa, which will make you feel at home from the first moment.



The property is located in a quiet area, just a ten-minute walk from the beautiful old town of Alcudia, where you will find dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, banks as well as large supermarkets and two weekly Mallorcan farmers' markets offering local products. land, every Tuesday and Sunday.



The unspoilt Barcares Beach is just a 5-minute walk away and the 7km long sandy Port Alcudia Beach is a short drive away.



The villa has private parking perfect for several cars and is surrounded by a large garden where you can relax. It offers a spectacular private pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. The views from the patio are of the open countryside, the Tramuntana mountains and the old town of Alcudia.



There is a covered terrace furnished with a sofa, chairs and a dining table overlooking the garden and pool. This is the perfect place for cozy alfresco dinners.



The charming air-conditioned estate is spacious and offers everything you need for the perfect holiday.



The interior of the house is tastefully furnished and very well maintained. There is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, two seats, fireplace, satellite TV and wifi. The sofa in the loft area can be converted into a bed.



The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything our guests will need to prepare locally sourced Mediterranean meals.



There are three large bedrooms, two of them furnished with a double bed and large closets. The other bedroom has two single beds.
