Charming country holiday house situated just 250 meters from the beach 'Es Morer Vermell' of Alcudia.



The property is completely fenced, consists of the main house and a separate guest apartment, outside you will find a big pool of 10x10 m., terrace with barbecue, covered terrace with a toilet, playground with swings and outdoor showers .



The main house is distributed on two floors, on the ground floor: hall/living room, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor: sitting room, double bedroom with two single beds, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower, from the sitting room via a spiral staircase there is access to a spacious double bedroom with two single beds , a bathroom and a terrace with sea and mountains views.



The guest apartment has a double bedroom with two single beds, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower, living room with TV, breakfast bar and a mezzanine



Equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the apartment, central heating in the main house, Wi-Fi and TV SAT.
