Beautiful ground floor located 100 meters from the beach. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds. Two bathrooms, both en suite. Great stay
We had a great stay here. The place is just like the pictures. It was clean, spacious and a five minute drive from our favorite beach. We had a car and easily got around. It might be harder without one though we didn’t really look into the buses.

Wir haben uns hauptsächlich aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Bedauerlicherweise wurden wir hier jedoch ein wenig enttäuscht. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf Kellerhöhe und ist daher etwas dunkel. In unserem Zimmer gab es Schimmel. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben sofort reagiert, als wir dies bemängelt haben. Trotzdem sind an manchen Stellen der Wohnung nicht mehr optimale. Bzw Küche und Bad. Wir würden nicht mehr hingehen.

Eine klare Empfehlung für Familien die dem Trubel entgehen wollen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen! Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sogar Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und ein Kajak standen zur Verfügung. Die Bilder sind 100% authentisch. Ein Auto ist allerdings empfehlenswert, da die Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Alcúdia liegt. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Eine perfekte Lage für Ausflüge in den Westen der Insel. Einfache eine perfekte Unterkunft für Familien, die dem Touristen Trubel entgehen wollen.

Super erholsame Ferien in toller Unterkunft
Alles was ge- und beschrieben war, hat gestimmt. Wir sind mit einem Kind und den Großeltern angereist, dafür ideal da barrierefrei! Geräumige Schlafzimmer, eins davon sogar mit direktem Bad. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt, dass Kinderzimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, hatten wir vorher nicht rausgelesen. Ansonsten it alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Vermieter sind Superfreundlich und kümmern sich um alles was man braucht. Der Grillplatz ist im Sommer nicht zu gebrauchen, da ist es richtig heiss, aber dann macht man halt was anderes. Wir waren begeistert und sind erholt zurück in die Heimat. Vielen Dank!!

Perfekt für Windsurfer! Alles da was man braucht. Außerhalb von den Touristengegenden.
Das Objekt: Das Objekt hat genau unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt genug Bereiche, um auch mal Zeit für sich alleine zu haben. Durch 2 Klimaanlagen waren die Nächte auch gut erträglich. Lediglich die Straßennähe und die etwas simpleren/kleineren Einzelbetten könnte man noch als Kritikpunkt erwähnen.
Lage: Das Haus befindet sich nicht direkt in den Touristengebieten, aber mit einem Auto ist trotzdem alles gut erreichbar. In 10min ist man auch zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Alcudia. Der Strand in der Nähe ist eher zum windsurfen gedacht. Aber auch hier gibt es genug Strände in der Nähe (der nächste 5min Entfernung mit dem Auto).
Kommunikation & Anreise: Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und wir konnten sie sogar noch nach Mitternacht erreichen, als die Schlüsselbox ein wenig "geklemmt" hat. Zudem hat sie sich des Öfeteren über Whatsapp erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir noch was brauchen. Sie spricht zwar keine fließendes Englisch, aber man hat sich trotzdem gut verständigen können.

Maison très bien équipée située à 100 m d’une plage de kite surf, la propriétaire est sympa. Grande, moderne. En bordure néanmoins d’une route passante (bruit à l’exteRieur pour le petit dej en terrasse). Au frais. Un peu humide en hiver.

Ein ganz herzlicher Empfang inklusive Grundnahrungsmitteln und Wein, 50 Meter zum Meer, verständnisvolle Vermieter (Kinder machen halt mal was kaputt), ... unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!
