Nice first floor apartment of 82 m² completely renovated. It consists of three bedrooms, two of them are double and one single, bathroom with shower, living room with access 9 m² lovely terrace ideal for breakfast or have a snack and fully equipped kitchen where space has been maximized to make it fully functional. The living room has air conditioning hot / cold. As for the decor, white is the protagonist creating fresh and pleasant atmosphere with plenty of natural light, very cozy. The details complete the place filling it with charm and inviting us to enjoy the house.
The apartment is part of a residential complex in which common areas like the pool of 20 x 8 and the fantastic garden of natural grass and large trees with a total surface 3,000 m² where we can engage with other neighbors are shared, do sport, sunbathing or our children will be able to meet new friends to play with on your vacation.
The location is perfect, far from crowds and close to all services, pharmacy, bus, taxi, supermarket, bars, restaurants and of course the beach.
The beaches are the main attraction of visitors to the island of Mallorca in general and the Bay of Alcudia in particular.
