The cosy and beautiful furnished terrace becomes the perfect corner to enjoy the best of the breakfasts with coffee, OJ and fresh fruits or maybe you feel like a good wine before dining alfresco after a long day visiting the island or in the beach. To get to it you just have to cross the street and walk some steps and there you are! Inside the accommodation you will find a comfortable and spacious living-dining room with Smart TV, CD and DVD players and AC, so the after-lunch entertaining will be guaranteed. Then we get to the kitchen which has been recently renewed and equipped with a ceramic top, oven, microwave and all you may need to cook as if you were at home. There are 3 bedrooms where you can rest during your vacation all of them with a closet. One has a double bed, a fan and space for a cot and a high chair and the other two offer two twin beds each. There are two bathrooms to complete the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a tub. Finally, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment. This apartment is located between the well known lake called Gran Llac and the beach of fine sand. The crystalline water beach is several kilometres long and it skirts the coast from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort. You can rent sunbeds and parasols and it is perfect for families with children thanks to its shallow water and also for those who love the water sports. We highly recommend a visit to the town of Alcudia so that you know the ancient wall and the traditional street market that takes place every Tuesday and Sunday and that will amaze you. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
