Enjoy the tranquillity and nature just outside the popular holiday resort of Alcúdia in the typical Majorcan Villa Damián for 12 people. The two-storey, spacious country house has on each floor 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with satellite TV, a fireplace and board games for relaxing holidays during all seasons. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a high chair, a baby bed and a car park. Enjoy a wonderful view of the Mediterranean surroundings from the covered balcony, which is also the connection between the two floors of the villa. The idyllic outside area is surrounded by orange trees and provides the perfect place to relax, with its covered terrace including garden furniture, a covered barbecue, a table tennis table and a 24-m² pool. The historic old town of Alcúdia with restaurants and shops, as well as the bay with fine sandy beaches are just 10 minutes away by car.
