Super week in Alcudia

We had a very good stay, the house was super clean, well located and the host provided us with fruits and water at our arrival…very nice gesture. The location is perfect with all kind of accommodations close by. The only small negative comment if you are planning on dining outdoor, the bar on the other side of the of the lake is a bit loud and open every night of the week.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschreiben. Super Lage, alles super sauber und top ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Das Haus innen und aussen passt. Die Umgebung ist sehr touristisch. Abends im Garten hat man Beschallung vom Hotel gegenüber und nebenan. Gott sei Dank nur bis 23.30h dann ist Schluss. Der Strand ist super und der Weg dorthin nur 5 Min. Die küchentechnische Ausstattung ist bescheiden.. keine Spülertaps, nicht genügend Klopapier, keine Müllbeutel. Die Vermittlungsagentur ist sehr bemüht und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Alles in Allem so la la, nach Alcudia würde ich nicht mehr fahren. Zu viel Rummel...

Sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht

Sehrnsauberes und geräumiges Haus. Entspricht größenmäßig nicht ganz den Bildern im Internet, ist aber trotzdem sehr schön und sauber. Leider keine Moskitosnetze an den Fenstern. Wir haben gegen die lästigen Mücken Stecker in der Apotheke gekauft. Alles in allem tolle Unterkunft, sehr schön gelegen, gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe

Wir haben herrliche 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Besonders der kurze Weg zum traumhaften Strand war klasse. Die Mittagssonne konnte man im Garten unter dem Baum gut vertragen. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber für eine kurze Abkühlung völlig ausreichend. Sehr zu empfehlen.

No todo es como parece y ruido infernal

La experiencia no ha sido como esperábamos. Las fotos son muy buenas, pero la realidad no es la misma. Lo peor sin duda es la piscina, no debe medir más de 6 metros cuadrados y está muy descuidada, no hay sitio para sentarse ni dejar las toallas alrededor, es una bañera grande a compartir entre los adosados. Si vas con niños como a los nuestros que les gusta la playa y también disfrutar de los baños en la piscina, no la recomiendo. La casa está en buen estado, eso si, el jardín podría mejorarse. Nosotros no terminamos la estancia en la casa, pq' dormir era imposible. No llegamos a identificar qué era lo que generaba el ruido, pero era muy molesto, se producía cada 10 minutos, era un ruido tipo generador eléctrico o depuradora que sonaba de manera continua durante todo el día. En cuanto al entorno, tiene la playa cerca, pero el vecindario en verano está llenísimo de guiris, y con hoteles enormes cerca. En definitiva, no la recomiendo, en Mallorca encontramos otras zonas mucho mejores.
