In Puerto de Alcudia, the holiday home Can Jaume is located just a short walk from the beautiful port. Boasting a sea view, the apartment is located on the 4th floor (accessible via lift) and stylishly decorated to give a modern feel. It consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room and in the hallway in front the bedrooms), a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair. Your private furnished balcony invites you to start the day with a hot cup of coffee while you admire the view of the surrounding greenery and of the sea. Due to its excellent location in the Port of Alcudia, there are shops, bars, restaurants just outside. Even so, the flat is very quiet and peaceful, as the windows and doors are double glazed and it is perfectly soundproofed. The Alcudia beach is only a 3 minute walk from the property and the Hidropark water park is a 27 minute walk or a 6 minute drive (2,9 km). Palma de Mallorca Airport (62.2 km) can be reached in 44 minutes by car.

This apartment is very quiet since there are no neighbours above or next to the flat. You can really relax here.

Urlaub wie versprochen

Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum flachen Sandstrand nicht weit. Bei de Parkplatzsuche muss man manchmal geduld haben. Alles zusammen ein schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (18) vom 20.-30.09.2023 in dieser Wohnung. Wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (wichtige Dinge wie Klimaanlage, Ventilator, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, SAT-TV, Kühlschrank sind vorhanden und funktionieren einwandfrei). Die beiden Bäder und die zwei Schlafzimmer runden das Angebot der Wohnung ab. Durch die Lage im vierten Stock (gut zu erreichen über einen direkt nebenliegenden Aufzug) und die gut isolierten Fenster und Türen ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in einer kleiner Geschäftsstrasse mit vielen Restaurants (in denen man auch gut essen kann - ein paar davon haben wir ausprobiert). Nur wenige Fußmeter entfernt befindet sich ein großer, öffentlicher Parkplatz, der unentgeltlich genutzt werden kann. Geht man in die andere Richtung der Strasse, läuft man direkt auf Alcudiamar und den Strand der Bucht von Alcudia zu (etwa 200m). Der Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin 'Margerita' war sehr nett und unkompliziert. An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns bei ihr noch einmal ganz herzlich für alles bedanken! Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)
