Fabuleux !

Une expérience proche de la perfection. La vue presque incroyable à 180° sur la mer, le grand calme, la très agréable piscine, la grande beauté des bougainvilliers omniprésents, la qualité des installations ( literie, électroménager, drap, serviettes), la proximité de la mer, la facilité d'entrée autonome, les serviettes de piscine, l'efficacité de Ralf après un petit problème de robinetterie, climatisation très efficace et surtout silencieuse, micro bémol sur le Wifi un peu poussif ( mais connexion internet très efficace avec téléphone) et rampe accès voiture un peu délicate ( stationnement facile à l'extérieur néanmoins). À noter très peu d'insectes, presque pas de moustiques, une propreté remarquable. Une location que je recommanderai à mes proches...

Traumurlaub

Die Beschreibung des Objektes trifft zwar genau zu, aber die Realität übertrifft dann doch alle Erwartungen. Das ist tatsächlich noch viel schöner, als es auf den Bildern und Beschreibungen herüber kommt. Das Objekt ist wunderschön angelegt und wird mit höchster Sorgfalt betreut und gepflegt. Es verdient höchste Wertschätzung. Das war ein wirklich völlig entspannender und erholsamer Urlaub. Deshalb sei auch eine Anmerkung erlaubt: zu Beginn des Urlaubs gab es eine leicht Irritation, da aus einem benachbarten Club ziemlich laut Musik zu hören war. Aber über den Gesamturlaub gesehen haben sich derartige Veranstaltungen auf wirklich wenige und also akzeptierbare Stunden beschränkt, so sich daraus keine Beeinträchtigung des Urlaubs ergeben hat. Ansonsten ist das Wohngebiet absolut ruhig. Zu erwähnen ist auch noch der direkte Meer-Zugang: 200 Stufen vom Anwesen abwärts gibt es eine wunderschöne Uferpromenade, in deren Verlauf man vom Felszugang über Leitern bis zum Sandstrand verschiedene Meer-Zugänge findet, die mit zum Schönsten gehören, was wir in Masslorca hier bisher gefunden haben. Insgesamt ein wirklicher Traumurlaub!

Super schönes Haus mit spektakulärem Meerblick

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool und einem traumhaften Meerblick. Es stimmt einfach alles. Wir waren das dritte mal hier und kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder. Kompliment an die Eigentümer. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist ebenfalls löblich zu erwähnen, hier noch einen lieben Gruß an Herr Schettki.

wir können uns für den Aufenthalt in diesem, wirklich sehr schönen und sauberen Haus nur herzlichst Bedanken. Die Aussichten auf das Meer und die Bucht von Alcudia sind einfach traumhaft. Der Pool ist super und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Alles funktioniert und ist gut gepflegt. Dies ist das schönste Ferienhaus welches wir bisher mieten konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals besten Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Wonderful villa with lovely sea view!

We stayed 5 people (me, my husband, our children who are 6 and 11 years and my mother) for 10 days in this wonderful villa and everything was just great - our best vacation ever! The sea view from the terraces is stunning and the garden with all bougainvillea's is amazing. The villa was very clean and you got all the equipment you need for a perfect and relaxing vacation. From the villa it's a short walk down to the small beach below Hotel President, which was really lovely and much quieter (and nicer!) than Playa de Alcudia or Playa de Muro (which can be reached in 5-10 min by car). The whole Alcanada area is really nice and quiet, even though it is located so close to the more touristic areas in Playa de Alcudia. Thank you very much Monica and Rainer for letting us stay in your beautiful villa "Tres Pinos". We hope to be able to come back again!! Lena, Tommy, Alvin, Oliver and Siw from Sweden
